These Terms govern use of ChurchBooks ("the Application"), a private, internal application of First Baptist Church of Hernando Beach ("the Church"). The Application is provided for use only by authorized Church staff and volunteers. By using it, you agree to these Terms.
The Church grants authorized users a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable license to use the Application solely for the Church's bookkeeping and financial administration.
You may use the Application only if authorized by the Church. You agree to keep all credentials secure, to use the Application only for legitimate Church accounting purposes, and not to access, copy, or disclose the Church's financial or donor information except as needed to perform your role.
The Application connects to QuickBooks Online through Intuit's API. Your use in connection with QuickBooks Online is also subject to Intuit's applicable terms. The Application is not created, endorsed, or supported by Intuit.
Information accessed through the Application is handled in accordance with our Privacy Policy.
The Application assists with bookkeeping tasks, but the Church's finance team and treasurer remain responsible for reviewing and approving all entries, reconciliations, and reports. Nothing produced by the Application constitutes professional accounting, legal, or tax advice.
The Application is provided "as is" and "as available," without warranties of any kind, express or implied, including accuracy, merchantability, or fitness for a particular purpose.
To the fullest extent permitted by law, the Church and its representatives will not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from use of the Application.
Access may be suspended or revoked at any time. The connection to QuickBooks Online may be disconnected at any time as described in the Privacy Policy.
These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Florida.
We may update these Terms from time to time. The effective date above reflects the latest version.
